Position Responsibilities:
Adhere to policies and guidelines of 24/7 Dental. Prepare treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, assuring patient that we can provide quality care, assisting patient with paperwork, transitions of patient from beginning to end of their visit, and provide a high level of customer service.
Provide information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.
Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area and then positions them for the dentist’s access as well as assisting with suctioning and the passing of instruments during procedures.
Protects operations by keeping 24/7 Dental information confidential.
Conserve dental resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job tasks.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Increase and stimulate new patient growth by supporting marketing and promotional programs. Maintain excellent patient satisfaction scores by providing excellent customer service and quality of care.
Complete administrative tasks to assist Office Manager Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Respond to doctor and office manager requests and seeks assistance whenever needed.
Conducting regular inventory of dental equipment and accessories in order to place orders so supplies are readily available.
Ensure all patient notes are completed and maintained with confidentially to ensure patient privacy standards.
Job Requirements:
Certification/licensure. Experience working as a Dental Assistant, preferably 1+ years. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication/documentation skills. Excellent organizational skills
